⚪️白と黒の部屋⚫️
この部屋は、ある一人の住民にインスパイアされました。彼は何とCASACOにこの3年（時に自国に帰りつつも）住んでいます！彼の好きな色は「黒」😎🖤雨の日も晴れの日も、ほとんど毎日黒い服を着ています😆 そしてほんのたまーに、白⚪️や赤🔴がワンポイントで入っています。黒がベースで、日々使うアイテムにちょっとしたポップアップカラーを入れるのが彼のオシャレポイント✨ 今回リノベーションした部屋は彼が長年住んでいた部屋で、3月に一度帰国するも、「6月にはまたこの部屋に戻ってくるよ！」と言っていたんですが、世界的なこの未曾有の事態に、彼のプランはまだストップしてしまっています😣早く会いたいなぁ！
白と黒の部屋は、本っっっっっっ当に改修が大変でした。CASACOの中で痛みが一番ひどい部屋だったかもしれません！CASACOは築70年の古い民家で、元々は2つの家に分かれていました（ご存知の方も多いかもしれませんが）！2016年に横浜市の主催する「ヨコハマ市民まち普請事業」に採択され、一大リノベーションを決行、2つに分かれていた家を1つにもしました!! 💪 CASACOが息を吹き返した瞬間です🎊🥳…とはいえ、限られた予算と時間で改修した為、未完成の部分も多く・・・今、CASACO快適化計画を実行中なんです！！
＜白と黒の部屋の概要＞
白と黒は定番ながら趣味のいい組み合わせです😎 強くも中性的な色合いは、装飾を際立たせるだけでなく、部屋全体を広く見せたり、心地よく感じさせたりします😌 白と黒のカラーに加え、ワンポイントで加えられた赤と緑のデコレーションは、木製の屋根と細部にまで拘った部屋の装飾を見事に際立たせます。ライトには居酒屋の「生ビール」行燈が輝きますよ🏮🍺😆
これまでこの部屋は個室で案内してきましたが、今回、この部屋には2段ベッドを設置。より機能的（時には2人収納できる！）に部屋を使えるよう工夫しました👥🎊🤯 小さくともとっても快適なこの部屋は、友達と滞在したり、家族のメンバーが来た時に滞在したり、可能性が広がります！

⚫️Black & White Room⚪️
This room was inspired by one of our dearest residents who has come stayed with us for long periods of time over the last three years! His favourite color is black 😎🖤 and so he always wears it, rain or shine 😆. Only sometimes …a bit of white⚪️or red🔴 shows in his attire. He definitely likes a pop of color, but says he prefers it in some of his daily use items ✨. He used to stay in this room and was coming back by this time of the year…but the world’s situation delayed his plans 😣, hope he can make it soon!
The black and white room required a looot of work. It’s actually one of the oldest rooms in the house! For those of you who do not know, Casaco used to be 2 separate, really old(70 years!) houses!!! In 2016 we won a community design contest and went through a huge remodelation, unifying both!! 💪. Our dream came true and Casaco came to live🎊🥳…though there were many details left pending. Now, we are improving everything!!

Black and white 〰️ A classic and chic color combination 😎. The strong neutrals serve as a solid backdrop for many textures and decor styles, plus make the room seem more spacious and homely 😌 The wooden roof and details in the room subtly enhance the monochrome colors by being a bit of a contrast as well as the little pop of red and green in our décor and some corky details we added like the hanging lamp🏮 ( typical izakaya lantern , translates: draught beer 🍺😆).
We used to offer it as a single room but we bought a bunk bed and managed to use the space wisely in order to accommodate ✌️ guests!! 👥🎊🤯. It’s a great little and cozy room for anyone to come stay with a friend or a family member!
